The implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive is the responsibility of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment are also involved in the implementation.
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) implements several instruments and programmes related to energy efficiency on behalf of the Ministries.
