Information for participating countries and number of representatives
The budget provided to each country allows for 3 participants per country (working group members do not count against this allocation). Extra participants attending should find an alternative way to cover their costs.
All participants must:
- be associated with the work of the co-beneficiary regarding the EED, preferably by means of direct input
- have no commercial interest in the CA EED or the work thereof

Accommodation and travel
A number of rooms have been reserved at The Croke Park Hotel (situated close to the venue) at a rate of €195 per night B&B (single occupancy). Please note that the week of the Plenary Meeting is also the week of Saint Patricks day – a popular holiday in Dublin, so we encourage you to make arrangements early.

You will need to provide credit card details to secure the room, but no deposit is required at the time of booking – payment is due on arrival. If you need to pre-pay, the reservations team can provide a secure payment link.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.
Catering
Catering costs (lunch and refreshments on the 19th and 20th March) are covered by the central CA EED budget and therefore you will only be required to pay for accommodation. Our aim is to have a fully vegetarian menu for lunch and during breaks, subject to venue availability.
If you do not require catering on both or one of the days, please let the Communications team know.

Dinner reservation for 19th March
A supplementary Concerted Action dinner has been arranged for guests on Thursday, 19th March at the Merchant's Arch. The cost of the dinner is covered by CA EED. Spaces are capped so please do let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer your space to someone else.

Cancellation
Submission of this registration form will act as confirmation of your attendance at the 8th CA EED Plenary Meeting. If for any reason you need to cancel your attendance to the Plenary Meeting and/or dinner on the 19th March, you must let us know before the 5th March. Please check the hotel’s cancellation policy and communicate with them directly if you wish to cancel your stay.
Data Protection Statement
Energy Saving Trust and Netherlands Enterprise Agency are collecting your personal data in order to register you as an attendee at the 8th CA EED Plenary Meeting on 19th and 20th March 2026. Energy Saving Trust may also make your details available to other participants of the Concerted Action, the European Commission for reporting purposes, and external suppliers assisting with the delivery of the event. They will not be passed on to any other third parties without prior notice.

Photographs may be shared with third parties directly involved in producing communications materials (e.g., report designers and the CA EED coordination team). We do not share photographs or videos with other third parties without obtaining explicit consent. The professional photographer will have access to the images for processing.
