Accommodation and travel

A number of rooms have been reserved at The Croke Park Hotel (situated close to the venue) at a rate of €195 per night B&B (single occupancy). Please note that the week of the Plenary Meeting is also the week of Saint Patricks day – a popular holiday in Dublin, so we encourage you to make arrangements early.

You will need to provide credit card details to secure the room, but no deposit is required at the time of booking – payment is due on arrival. If you need to pre-pay, the reservations team can provide a secure payment link.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.

Catering

Catering costs (lunch and refreshments on the 19^th and 20^th March) are covered by the central CA EED budget and therefore you will only be required to pay for accommodation. Our aim is to have a fully vegetarian menu for lunch and during breaks, subject to venue availability.
If you do not require catering on both or one of the days, please let the Communications team know.

Dinner reservation for 19^th March

A supplementary Concerted Action dinner has been arranged for guests on Thursday, 19^th March at the Merchant's Arch. The cost of the dinner is covered by CA EED. Spaces are capped so please do let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer your space to someone else.

Please indicate below if you would like to attend the Concerted Action dinner and indicate your dinner preferences. Please note that options chosen below may differ in order to accommodate dietary allergies or requirements.

Parallel sessions

Delegates are expected to participate in all sessions, please select the four parallel sessions you would like to attend during the Plenary Meeting. You may only attend one session for each timeslot.

Cancellation

Submission of this registration form will act as confirmation of your attendance at the 8^th CA EED Plenary Meeting. If for any reason you need to cancel your attendance to the Plenary Meeting and/or dinner on the 19^th March, you must let us know before the 5^th March. Please check the hotel’s cancellation policy and communicate with them directly if you wish to cancel your stay.

Data Protection Statement

Energy Saving Trust and Netherlands Enterprise Agency are collecting your personal data in order to register you as an attendee at the 8^th CA EED Plenary Meeting on 19^th and 20^th March 2026. Energy Saving Trust may also make your details available to other participants of the Concerted Action, the European Commission for reporting purposes, and external suppliers assisting with the delivery of the event. They will not be passed on to any other third parties without prior notice.

A professional photographer will be present at this event. Photographs may be used for communications related to the Concerted Action, including but not limited to:

• Our website
• Newsletters
• Reports and publications (both private and public)

Additionnal Information:

Photographs may be shared with third parties directly involved in producing communications materials (e.g., report designers and the CA EED coordination team). We do not share photographs or videos with other third parties without obtaining explicit consent. The professional photographer will have access to the images for processing. Personal data is subject to the CA EED privacy policy.

Confidentiality agreement
